04 Third-Party Data Processor — EmailJS
Contact and booking form submissions are transmitted using EmailJS (EmailJS.com, operated by EmailJS Ltd., UK). EmailJS acts as a data processor on our behalf, facilitating the secure delivery of form submissions to our inbox without storing the data long-term.

05 Data Retention
Personal data received via contact forms is retained in our email system for up to 3 years for the purpose of sales correspondence and customer relationship management, unless you request earlier deletion. Data that is not relevant to an ongoing sales process is deleted upon request or after the retention period expires.
